The Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital Foundation and the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital appreciate your support and want to recognize and thank our patrons. The Donor Recognition Policy exists to honour all individuals, corporations, businesses, service clubs, community organizations and philanthropic foundations who make monetary donations to the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital.
Included among those recognized will be donors of cash, readily marketable securities, real estate (when accompanied by an independent appraisal), bequests when received and future interests including irrevocable gifts in trust, life estates (life insurance), and gift annuities.
