As this Year’s Care from the Heart Day came to a close it was with great pleasure that Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital Foundation’s Chairperson Ken Jackson accepted a generous donation of over $30 000, a video of which can be seen below.
Huge thank you to the Fort Saskatchewan Lions’ Club for their generous donation of $31 109 to the foundation! The donation was made on this year’s Care from the Heart Day which was a radiothon event on March 12th. The funds from this generous donation will go towards supporting the neonatal program at the hospital by providing ‘Panda Warmers’ which are an innovative device used to keep newborns warm while making it easier to both observe and preform procedures on the infant. Thank you again to the Lion’s Club for this very generous donation.
